A TVNewser tipster noticed something recently during CNBC's prime time. Just before the top of the hour, Carmen Wong Ulrich has been anchoring short segments branded "On the Money." Wong Ulrich also writes a personal finance blog that goes by the same name. "On the Money" was a prime time show on CNBC until a programming shake-up took it out of the lineup last September.

So, you have to wonder if moving Susie Orman to 8pmET starting this Monday is really just a place holder until the revamped "On the Money" is ready for air, perhaps in August.
