The October ratings picture is beginning to emerge. CNN tells TVNewser they won the 4pmET hour in the A25-54 demo. This would be the second consecutive month the Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer has won the hour in the demo. The hour topped FNC's Your World with Neil Cavuto by 7% (192,000 vs. 180,000). In total viewers (live only data), Cavuto still beat Blitzer for the month (801,000 vs. 598,000).
