Crawling Through Commercials On MSNBC

Eat the Press notices that MSNBC is now running its crawl during commercials.

It started running last week. The net is “trying it out,” according to a spokesperson.

Rachel Sklar thinks it could “keep viewers watching during the commercial,” but on the other hand, there’s the potential for awkward moments: “What if the crawl underneath the Microsoft ad had been about how iPod sales were going through the roof?”
