David Gregory will be hosting “Meet the Press” this Sunday after all, breaking his previously scheduled vacation to interview President Obama. Gregory heads to the White House tomorrow for the interview which will air Sunday on “Meet the Press.” This is Barack Obama‘s 11th time on the show, but only his second as commander-in-chief. His most recent appearance was on September 20, 2009, during the health care reform fight. The talk this time will focus on the fiscal cliff as well as other second term agenda items.
You’ll recall it was on last week’s edition of “Meet the Press” that Gregory violated Washington D.C. code when he held up an assault weapon clip as a prop in a point he was making with NRA chief Wayne LaPierre.
Just thinking out loud here, the president does posses the ability to pardon past transgressions.
