“I’m not saying I want to be on there, but I mean I’m just wondering if I should do it? Should I just do it?,” Andrews said on if she wanted to be on the show.
Somehow that quote turned into a story about how Andrews was interested in taking part in another ABC reality show (She previously appeared on Dancing With The Stars), forcing the sideline reporter to clarify her original comments.
“Made a silly joke on the radio and no one called to verify before reporting,” Andrews tweeted. “I will not be the next Bachelorette.”While I’m all for journalists getting the facts straight, nobody would have ran with the rumor if Andrews didn’t hint at it.
