Evening News Ratings: 2007-2008 Season

NBC Nightly News wins the 2007-2008 season in both Total Viewers and the A25-54 demo. It was the 12th consecutive year Nightly has won in Total Viewers, and put the network back on top in the demo after ABC’s World News won it during the 2006-07 season.

NBC was the only network to grow in both categories. World News dropped slightly in each and the CBS Evening News was down by 500,000 in Total Viewers and 200,000 in the demo. The season ran from Sept. 24, 2007 to Sept. 21, 2008.
