Evening News Ratings: NBC Wins In All Demos, Week Of Oct. 17

NBC Nightly News was the #1 evening newscast in both total viewers and the 25-54 demographic last week.

“For the week, the Williams-led newscast attracted 9.373 million total viewers, a whopping 13% advantage (+1,090,000) over second place ABC World News Tonight’s 8.283 million, and a 29% lead (+2,118,000) over CBS Evening News’ 7.255 million,” the press release says.
