Evening News Ratings: Week of April 13

NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams was once again the top evening newscast last week, for the 27th consecutive week in Total Viewers and 21st in the A25-54 demo. All three networks grew week-to-week, while NBC and ABC World News were up in the demo.

ABC narrowed the Total Viewer gap for the third consecutive week, bringing the 2nd place broadcast to the smallest Total Viewer difference in nearly five months (and smallest in the demo in nearly four).

Total Viewers: NBC: 8,430,000 / ABC: 7,960,000 / CBS: 5,940,000

25-54 demo: NBC: 2,420,000 / ABC: 2,260,000 / CBS: 1,750,000
