Evening News Ratings: Week of April 5

“NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams” was again the #1 evening news broadcast last week topping #2 “World News with Diane Sawyer” by 780K Total Viewers.

For the fourth straight week, “World News” was able to narrow the demo gap with “Nightly” — its smallest weekly demo gap since November, when Charlie Gibson was anchor.

“Nightly” and “World News” were up week-to-week while the “CBS Evening News with Katie Couric” was flat.
