Evening News Ratings: Week of Dec. 18

NBC Nightly News is back in first place in the 25-54 demo, delivering a 2.4/9 last week, compared to a 2.2/9 for ABC’s World News. NBC had 950,000 more viewers than ABC… and ABC had 1,090,000 more viewers than CBS.

For the week of Dec. 18:

Total viewers: NBC: 9,480,000 / ABC: 8,530,000 / CBS: 7,440,000

Homes: NBC: 6.4/13 / ABC: 6.0/12 / CBS: 5.1/10

25-54 viewers: NBC: 2,888,000 / ABC: 2,733,000 / CBS: 2,349,000

25-54 demo: NBC: 2.4/9 / ABC: 2.2/9 / CBS: 1.9/7
