Evening News Ratings: Week of January 24
With two of the three evening news anchors reporting from Egypt this week, here’s a look at how all three broadcasts fared last week.
The three evening newscasts were down week-to-week. And only ABC’s “World News” was up year-over-year.
“NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams” led the way with 9.8M Total Viewers, with #2 “World News with Diane Sawyer” 1M viewers behind. (On Tuesday, State of the Union night, “World News” was recoded as “Wrld News Tonite” and is excluded from the weekly average.)
