Evening News Ratings: Week of July 16
“NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams” wins the week of July 16 with a +416,000 viewer lead on “ABC World News with Diane Sawyer.” Sawyer’s broadcast had its largest audience in two months and best news demo performance in four months.
But, once again, only the “CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley” saw year-over-year growth in both total viewers and the A25-54 demo. “Nightly News” is down in both measurements, while “World News” split: up slightly in the demo, down slightly in Total Viewers compared to the same week last year
