Evening News Ratings: Week of July 27

A few weeks ago, the evening news broadcasts hit what could be the bottom of a summer slump, but it appears things are climbing back on track, slowly. Last week saw an increase of 800,000 Total Viewers across the board, week to week. This week, the newscasts had another modest increase of 170,000. Again, NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams leads the way in both categories.

Total Viewers: NBC: 7,770,000 / ABC: 6,790,000 / CBS: 5,560,000

A25-54 viewers: NBC: 2,320,000 / ABC: 2,000,000 / CBS: 1,550,000
