Evening News Ratings: Week of July 2

ABC’s World News topped NBC Nightly News by 640,000 total viewers and 320,000 demo viewers last week, marking “ABC’s greatest total viewing and demo advantage over NBC in seven weeks.”

Due to the July 4 holiday, Wednesday was not included in the week’s averages.

Total viewers: ABC: 7,480,000 / NBC: 6,840,000 / CBS: 5,620,000

25-54 demo: ABC: 2,230,000 / NBC: 1,910,000 / CBS: 1,780,000

25-54 rating: ABC: 1.8/8 / NBC: 1.6/7 / CBS: 1.5/6
