Evening News Ratings: Week of May 24 & May Sweeps
The evening news programs continued to see ratings averages slide a bit as summertime viewership numbers typically do.
“NBC Nightly News” remains on top, followed by “ABC World News” and “CBS Evening News,” though all three were down week-to-week in total viewers and the demo. All three newscasts were also down year-to-year in total viewers, but ABC and CBS saw increases in the demo.
