Evening News Ratings: Week of September 10
“NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams” wins the week, but only “ABC World News with Diane Sawyer” added viewers compared to the same week last year.
“World News” was up +5% in Total Viewers while “NBC Nightly News” was down -1% and “CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley” was flat. The ABC show had its best week in 6 months — since the week of February 27. All three shows shed younger viewers compared to the year-ago week.
“Evening News” is based on four days due to the U.S. Open Final.
