Evening News Ratings: Week of September 19

“NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams” begins the 2011-12 season where it left off last season: in first place. But #3 “CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley” showed the most growth,+11% in Total Viewers year-over-year. ABC’s “World News with Diane Sawyer” is up +3.7% and “Nightly” is up 1.5% compared to the same week in 2010.

In younger viewers, only “World News” saw growth year-over-year: +5.3%
