Fox News Contributor Accuses Jay Leno of Plagiarizing Joke from ‘Red Eye’

Fox News Channel is home to the late night news/comedy/ time-killing hybrid that is “Red Eye,” which airs at 3 AM ET, when most of America is asleep. So it is understandable that the show could be ripe for knocking-off. After all, how many people are really watching?
