Fox News Channel Meteorologist Janice Dean Starts Maternity Leave

Today is Janice Dean the weather machine’s last day before she starts her maternity leave.

Dean said in a statement to Fox News Insider that she wanted to work as close to her due date as possible so that she would have time with her second boy. Her first is 2-year-old Matthew.

The weather machine promises to take lots of pictures, and said to the blog:

Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful kind messages and for being patient as my expanding belly blocked the weather map!
