Fox News Reporter Steve Harrigan is Chest-High in Floodwater in Someone’s Backyard

Steve Harrigan is going to need a change of clothes. The Fox News correspondent decided he wanted to show just how deep the floodwaters from Hurricane Isaac have gotten along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. So during his NoonET liveshot he dove — or rather waded — right in.

“We are in the backyard of the Waylan family who has been kind enough to invite us in,” said Harrigan. “Our cameraman is on the roof. And what we wanted to do was just give you perspective on what this storm is doing, the surge.”

Point taken. Now someone get that guy a towel.
