Former CNN anchor Veronica De La Cruz has made an online push to save her brother, Eric De La Cruz, who is currently hospitalized in need of a heart transplant.

De La Cruz, who left CNN in December, has turned to Twitter in a bid to raise money, and awareness, about her brother. With the hashtag #Eric, De La Cruz has constantly updated Eric's condition.
