‘Gleek’ Katie Couric May Appear on the Post-Super Bowl Episode of ‘Glee’

“CBS Evening News” anchor Katie Couric is an outspoken fan of the Fox TV series “Glee,” and now it seems she may even make an appearance on the program.

TV entertainment reporter extraordinaire Michael Ausiello reports that Couric is in talks to appear on the post Super Bowl installment of the program, which will air after the big game on Fox February 6.

Ausiello says that Couric would play herself in a scene with Jane Lynch‘s character Sue Sylvester. The episode revolves around Lynch and her team of cheerleaders “The Cheerios” attending regional championships.
