GMA Coat Drive: 38,000 And Counting

As of yesterday morning, Good Morning America’s Warm Coats and Warm Hearts Drive had collected more than 38,000 coats. The Drive is a partnership of Burlington Coat Factory and the non-profit group One Warm Coat; donated items are to go to various charitable agencies and then distributed to people in need, free of charge.

The drive continues until January 31, 2008, with new and gently-used coats accepted at Burlington Coat Factory stores in the U.S., as well as outside GMA’s Times Square studios.
