HLN Adds Entertainment Correspondent, Sports Anchor To ‘Robin & Company’

For several months, CNN Headline News has been quietly expanding its morning show, built around anchor Robin Meade. The 6 to 10am show had a “soft launch” at the end of August, with new on-air promos and NYC billboards. Today, HLN announced the next step: “Entertainment correspondent Adrianna Costa and sports anchor Will Selva are joining CNN Headline News’ Robin & Company.”

Selva joined the program last Thursday, while Costa’s first day is next Tuesday. With the two new additions, R&C is starting to resemble the morning shows on other networks.

“Along with Robin Meade and meteorologist Bob Van Dillen, the addition of Selva and Costa to the Robin & Company morning show creates a dynamic that is sure to be welcoming to viewers each morning,” Ken Jautz says in the press release…
