And he started the Web site Hurricane Now, LLC where he served as managing editor and anchor, specializing in U.S. hurricane coverage.

Today he has been reporting for FBN from Morgan City, LA, near the eye of Gustav.

"We've got the eye wall essentially on us right now. So this theoretically should be the worst of the conditions," he reported this morning.
