Juju Chang says so long to GMA: ‘I look forward to the next chapter of my adventure’
Juju Chang has a few more days left with “GMA”, but the anchor team said their good-byes this morning just after 8:30am.
“Our loss is ‘Nightline’s’ gain,” said Robin Roberts. “It’s not fair how ‘Nightline’ comes in and takes everybody,” added George Stephanopoulos, who forgot to mention the EP of “Nightline” recently moved to “GMA.”
“I’ve enjoyed every minute sitting on this couch with you all. It’s been great,” said Chang, who joined the team in December 2009. “And I look forward to the next chapter of my adventure, very much. And I’ll see you around.” The send-off included a video of Chang’s three sons telling her, “We’ll listen to everything you say” and “We’ll serve you breakfast in bed.”
As we reported last month, Chang will be reporting for “Nightline” as ESPN’s Josh Elliott moves to the GMA newsreader position.
