KCBS Reporter Serene Branson Tells Erica Hill What Really Happened the Night of the Grammys
The video of KCBS-TV reporter Serene Branson talking jibberish Sunday night during a report on the Grammys had viewers and doctors alike wondering what happened.
Well this morning, Branson sat down with CBS “Early Show”‘s Dr. Jennifer Ashton and Erica Hill to explain what really happened: it was complex migraines. The KCBS reporter said she was “terrified.”
“I knew something wasn’t right as soon as I opened my mouth.”
The rumors of a stroke were put to rest as Dr. Ashton explains that complex migraines can mimic a stroke. As TVSpy reports, this is just one of Branson’s TV explanations. She went on her own station yesterday to talk about what happened. Before, and after the “Early” appearance, Branson’s story was also news on WCBS-TV in New York during the morning and Noon shows.
