King’s New Show: “State Of The Union”

In this morning’s release about Sam Feist‘s new position with CNN was the news he would be overseeing “The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer” and “State of the Union with John King.” The “State of the Union” name for King’s previously unnamed Sunday show was first reported by Politico’s Michael Calderone.

Last month it was announced King would be taking over the Sunday timeslot from Blitzer, and anchoring a block from 9am-1pmET. This Sunday will be the last “Late Edition” before King takes over the following week.
