McCain to Blitzer: “You Still Ask The Best and Toughest Questions”

Sen. John McCain gave Wolf Blitzer a shout-out at the end of their interview today.

“It can be a tough race, but we’re working hard. And I’m confident of victory,” said McCain. “And by the way, you still ask the best and toughest questions about it more than anybody. So I’m glad to be on with you again.”

That came at the end of Blitzer’s interview which touched on the economy, foreign policy, Colin Powell‘s Obama endorsement and more. The interview airs in its entirety during The Situation Room beginning at 4pmET today.
