Meet the new Senior Producer of ‘Meet the Press’

Executive producer of NBC’s “Meet the Press” (and birthday girl) Betsy Fischer just announced some news via Twitter.

So excited to have @AdamVerdugo on our #mtp team as Sr. Producer. He’s been a star MSNBC prod working w/ @NorahODonnell & covering politics

Verdugo has worked at NBC News/MSNBC for several years most recently as a producer for Norah O’Donnell, whose last producer, Jen Yuille, went on to work with Katie Couric at CBS, which means O’Donnell is now looking for a new producer. (DM her @NorahODonnell, she’d love to hear from you.) That’s Verdugo, above, making his TV news debut on MSNBC in July, 2008.
