Morning Show Ratings: Week of August 17

Last week, NBC’s “Today” posted its best Total Viewer average and margin of victory since June when Michael Jackson‘s passing was first dominating the news. “Today” averaged 5 million viewers, while ABC’s “Good Morning America” averaged 3.7 million and CBS’ “Early Show” averaged 2.6 million. This is the 715th consecutive win for “Today.” Here’s the breakdown:
