Morning Show Ratings: Week of February 21

NBC’s “Today” show stayed on top of the morning show ratings last week with a 430K lead over #2 ABC’s “Good Morning America,” but that’s the smallest gap in more than three years. “Today” anchor Matt Lauer was off all week and co-host Meredith Vieira was off three days. Also, Monday, President’s Day, was taken out of the average for all shows.

The averages for the week of Feb. 21:

• Total Viewers: NBC: 5.40M / ABC: 4.97M / CBS: 2.84M
• A25-54 viewers: NBC: 2.49M / ABC: 1.88M / CBS: 1.22M
