Morning Show Ratings: Week of June 29

The three network morning shows saw their viewership increase last week (when compared to the same week last year), mostly due to coverage of Michael Jackson. The morning shows devoted 56% of their airtime to the story last week.

The Today show saw the most growth in Total Viewers (+6%) and had a commanding 1.2M Total Viewer lead over #2 GMA. CBS’ The Early Show saw the most growth in younger viewers (+14%) year-over-year.
