Morning Show Ratings: Week of October 15

“Good Morning America” continues as the #1 morning show in total viewers and in the younger demo. Ten weeks at #1 in total viewers is the show’s longest streak in 19 years -– since a 15-week run in 1993. “GMA” is only slightly ahead of its year ago average: up less than +1% in total viewers but up +4% in younger viewers.

NBC’s “Today” continues its decline, down -15% in total viewers and down -24% in younger viewers.

“CBS This Morning” is up +3% in total viewers but down -7% in younger viewers.

The averages for the week of October 15, 2012:

  • Total Viewers: ABC: 4.842M / NBC: 4.452M / CBS: 2.515M
  • A25-54 viewers: ABC: 2.012M / NBC: 1.795M / CBS: 966K
