The number one Sunday morning public affairs show last week was, once again, NBC's Meet the Press, in Total Viewers and the A25-54 demo.

In both categories, NBC finished first, followed by CBS and FOX. ABC's This Week was preempted by the British Open.

Week-to-week, NBC and CBS saw big gains in viewership, while FOX saw a slight decline.

NBC's Meet the Press had 3,684,000 Total Viewers, CBS' Face the Nation had 2,546,000 and FOX News Sunday had 1,127,000.
