Yesterday, NBC scrubbed Katie Couric‘s bio from MSNBC.com, and today, the network started running promos for Meredith Vieira‘s ascendance to the anchor desk.
A quick teaser showed the new foursome with the tagline “It’s a New Day!” (starting this fall), according to an e-mailer.

In the meantime, “NBC is redoing the ‘Today’ studio to erase the last traces of Katieness before Meredith starts in the fall,” Lisa de Moraes notes.
