Networks Carry Obama Economic Address
President-elect Barack Obama delivered a major economic address this morning in Washington, D.C., and the speech was carried by all the broadcast networks, cablers and business networks. Charlie Gibson anchored on ABC, Katie Couric on CBS and Ann Curry on NBC. All three of the networks’ White House correspondents were used as well, with Jake Tapper, Chip Reid and Chuck Todd discussing the address. George Stephanopoulos appeared on ABC, Anthony Mason on CBS and CNBC’s Carl Quintanilla on NBC:![]()
