Cable news chryon writers are having fun with the Lisa Nowak story. “The Wrong Stuff,” CNN’s banner said yesterday. “Houston, We Have A Problem,” Fox’s graphics said. “Astro-naughty,” Headline News proclaimed.

BTW, Glenn Garvin thinks the third one was out of line: “Think CNN would have slapped a cute headline on the story if a man was charged with the same crimes? Nah, homicidal male sociopaths are criminals and gender-oppressors, but a murderous chick, that’s winsome and feisty.”
