Olbermann Named CEO of Global Grind? CNN Adding a Supercomputer Anchor? Nah, It’s Just April Fools

Never forget. Anything you read on the Internet on April 1 is probably fake. Trust no one.

A pair of TV news related pranks have been making the rounds online, and as funny as they are, we cannot sit idly by while they continue to propagate across the Internet.

Russell Simmons‘ Global Grind website announced that Keith Olbermann would be taking over as CEO. Over at NewscastStudio, they “revealed” that CNN would be adding a supercomputer anchor to its election coverage.

Funny, and fake.

Also, Sarah Palin to co-host NBC’s “Today”? Hilarious. What? That isn’t a joke? Oh. Ok then.
