O’Reilly: Car Chases Are “Driving Me Crazy”

On Friday, I posted a chorus of criticisms about FNC’s decision to cut a car chase in progress and air a taped edition of The O’Reilly Factor on Wednesday night. Five hours later, Bill O’Reilly devoted his Talking Points Memo to … what else? … car chases!

“This is driving me crazy, pardon the pun. These insane car chases happening all around the country, putting thousands of Americans in danger,” he said.

Bill says car chase criminals are routinely ignored by prosecutors, “and that’s why this kind of stuff happens over and over and over again.” The Factor is going to track the suspect in Wednesday’s car chase through the justice system, he said…
