Peterson Does Nightline, Fiancee Moves Out

Drew Peterson appeared last night on ABC’s Nightline, in an interview with Martin Bashir. It was his first television interview since he became engaged to his fifth wife.

Well, according to Peterson, “his fiancee dumped him as they watched his interview Thursday on ‘Nightline.’” She decided to move out immediately — with the help of “five squad cars.”

“The engagement is over because of your interviews,” Peterson told Bashir today.

It’s been quite a week for Peterson’s publicist, Glenn Selig, whose other major client got impeached yesterday after a major media tour.
