Putin Tells CNN Reporter Georgia Invasion Orchestrated by U.S.

CNN’s Matthew Chance spoke with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, in the Black Sea city of Sochi, today. In the interview, Putin said his country was not to blame for starting the conflict with Georgia. In fact, Putin accused the United States of orchestrating the conflict.
