Reporter Injured in Iraq, Speaks with Soldiers Wounded at Ft. Hood
ABC News anchor Bob Woodruff was the first, and so-far only, reporter allowed inside the Darnall Army Medical Center to speak with the survivors from last week’s massacre at Ft. Hood. In January 2006, Woodruff was seriously injured in Taji, Iraq when an IED exploded as he and his cameraman were reporting a story.
