Roger Ailes Can Go Home Again
A nostalgic Roger Ailes returned to his hometown of Warren, Ohio yesterday speaking at the dedication of a new World War II memorial in the town. Ailes put up an “unspecified gift” which made the bronze statue possible.
Ailes told the crowd, “In my travels over the years, I’ve always taken Ohio with me. Everywhere I’ve traveled, I’ve taken the traditions, the values I’ve learned in this town. It’s a part of everything I’ve done, including Fox News,” he said.
The trip down memory lane, comes on the heels of several recent awards Ailes has received for his work on veterans’ causes as well as his day job in TV.
