Sarah Palin Takes Correspondents Fishing
In addition to the interview given to FNC’s Dan Springer earlier yesterday, Gov. Sarah Palin also explained her reasons for leaving office to some of the other national press gathered in and around Wasilla, Alaska – Kate Snow of ABC, Andrea Mitchell of NBC and Drew Griffin of CNN. The interviews were done as Palin was fishing with her family.
Snow’s interview aired on Good Morning America around 7:15am; Mitchell’s interview around 7:40am; Griffin’s interview at 8:25am.
On “Today”, Mitchell gave the backstory to Matt Lauer of how her on-board interview with Palin went down: “We were on the boat around 9:00, 9:30, we flew out of there at 10:00, it was still broad daylight and got back. And as you can see, just had about an hour and a half to put it all together.”
