The CBS Evening news will originate from London tonight.  Scott Pelley will have extensive coverage of the European debt crisis with reports from Germany and Greece. And he’ll sit down with George Osborne, Britain’s Chancellor of the Exchequer, to discuss the Euro zone crisis.

Pelley will also interview Nobel Peace Prize winner Aung San Suu Kyi in Oslo during her first visit to Europe in 24 years. Part of that interview airs Saturday on “Evening News” and in full on Monday.

Pelley began this week anchoring the “Evening News” from CBS’s Boston stations WBZ.
