Scott Pelley Takes ‘CBS Evening News’ to Washington

Since his debut just a few weeks ago, “CBS Evening News” anchor Scott Pelley has anchored every newscast from the CBS Broadcast Center on the west side of Manhattan. That will change this evening when Pelley heads to Washington DC, where he will anchor the evening newscast as well as President Obama’s 8 PM address on Afghanistan. Pelley is slated to interview Senators John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Joe Manchin (D-W. VA.) about the proposed withdrawal.
