Semel Moved Off Brown’s Show, Doss to Take Over

TVNewser has learned that Mitch Semel, who was brought in to develop Campbell Brown‘s CNN program, is being re-assigned to a development role for all of CNN. David Doss, who is the senior EP of Anderson Cooper 360, will add the senior EP job for Brown’s current show, Election Center.

Insiders tell us since Semel was hired to create the prime time show, (a program that may not premiere until after a new President is in the White House), his talents are better suited to overall development.
