Shep In Mississippi: “It Still Looks Like A War Zone… I Just Don’t Think People Know”

“I took a home video recorder out and spoke to a bunch of people, most of them volunteers on this coast from all parts of the country, trying to help out their fellow citizens. And I heard the same thing over and over again: You cannot know how bad it is,” Shep said.

“…For dozen and dozens of miles it still looks like a war zone. I think if people knew you would have an army from across this nation showing up to help you clean up. I just don’t think people know.”
