Sunday Show Ratings: January 9

Christiane Amanpour, who broadcast her “This Week” from Tucson, Arizona Sunday morning following the massacre there a day earlier, delivered the show’s best numbers in nearly two years. Still, the ABC program came in third in Total Viewers, and second in A25-54 viewers. All the Sunday public affairs shows grew from the week prior with #1 “Meet the Press” and “This Week” each adding one million viewers from their Jan. 2 broadcasts.
